Delivery Policy

At Buy Any Cards, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for a flat £2.95.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days of dispatch, so most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to Royal Mail delays.

Digital Products

For any digital card products or downloadable items, delivery is usually completed instantly or within a few hours via email or customer account access.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Costs

UK delivery is a flat £2.95 per order, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Order Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order while additional verification checks are carried out. We may contact customers to request further information to confirm the legitimacy of an order before dispatch.

If the requested verification information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if we believe an order may be fraudulent, unauthorised, or otherwise illegitimate, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund the order at our discretion.

Returns & Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new and unused, in their original condition and packaging (sealed products must remain sealed), with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return
Return your item by post, or bring it to us in store. To start a return, email hello@buyanycards.co.uk. You are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds
There is no restocking fee. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Contact us at hello@buyanycards.co.uk and we will arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can put it right.

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order before it is processed. Once processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy once received.
