Delivery Policy

At Buy Any Cards, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery (Excluding Northern Ireland)

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Digital Products

For any digital card products or downloadable items, delivery is usually completed instantly or within a few hours via email or customer account access.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected and the destination address.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order while additional verification checks are carried out. We may contact customers to request further information to confirm the legitimacy of an order before dispatch.

If the requested verification information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if we believe an order may be fraudulent, unauthorised, or otherwise illegitimate, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund the order at our discretion.

Returns & Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre Order Cancellations

You can only cancel a pre order before it is processed. Once your pre order has been processed and your payment method has been reauthorised, it cannot be cancelled. This is due to high demand of these products.

Once you have received the item/s you can follow the same return & refund process as laid out. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days excluding £5.00 restocking charge. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
