Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new and unused, in their original condition and packaging (sealed products must remain sealed), with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return

Return your item by post, or bring it to us in store. To start a return, email hello@buyanycards.co.uk. You are responsible for return postage costs. Postal returns should be sent to: The Elevate Hub, Court Hall, Castle Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8AR.

Refunds

There is no restocking fee. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Contact us at hello@buyanycards.co.uk and we will arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can put it right.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order before it is processed. Once processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy once received.

EU customers

If your order ships to the EU, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, as required by law.
